Organisational Information sheet
Introduction
The first meeting with the museum is to get to know the customer, meet the people behind the scene and the staff we are going to support for the next few weeks, months and years.
First Steps
Once a project has been confirmed with the customer's official order the next step is to integrate the project into our system. From there it is the job of one of our EMT project managers.
Translating what has been ordered by the customer
Understanding the customers budget
Analysis of time frame for project completion
Complete Master Case Schedule
Contact with the customer
Site analysis

It is imperative for EMT to mediate in between the customer and the engineering on what the final outcome is going to be.
Without extensive communication, there would be no link in between the customer and engineering and hence the end result of delivered goods may not be what has been desired by the customer.
Communication, negotiation skills as well as common sense are much of one's strength we have to ensure that the customer feels confident with the EMT team. Giving accurate information based on our expertise the customer will feel reassured that he is looked after. Understanding the clients wish list from the standard of the shelf showcase up to the highly customised exhibition environment is one of the keystones to a successful outcome of any project.
